One of the four things that arrived in my juicy Asos parcel and my new haircut which is pretty unstyled atm. I start my 3rd and last year of university this week so I will have a lot less free time from now on :( I guess you'll be seeing a lot of uni outfit posts and crap like that. For those that are interested, I'm doing two advertising subjects, one marketing subject and a business law and ethics subject this semester.

Amethyst is for february

The ring my sister bought me for my birthday. It arrived in the mail the other day and I'm in love. The stone is just the right size, it's adjustable, inexpensive and real sterling silver. Yay ^_^ Also, I'm kinda getting sick of my blog header.. totally wish someone would draw me an awesome illustration or that I had semi-decent sketching skills.

Many things make my heart beat fast like.. boys and running. But most of all, killing cockroaches. They are my worst fear and I just killed one in my room after hunting it down for 10 minutes then hitting it 15 times. It died on the 13th hit I think. My heart is beating at 250 bpm! On another note, I got a haircut. Just took about 3 inches off and got the ends of my hair lightened for extra balayage effect. Yay. I got it done after this pic was taken so... yeah might post one up later.

Bought this bustier with one of my birthday gift vouchers. Also heard this song on Triple J and fell in love. It really reiterated to me to always be yourself and don't change for anyone. If there's conflict, accept it and move on. Karma will take care of the rest like it has to someone I know, in the worst way possible.

I may or may not have just spent $150 on asos.com, but but but I hadn't shopped in 2 weeks! LOL I'm pathetic. Free international shipping is pretty kickass though. Ended up with 1 dress, 1 sweater, 1 bralet and the envelope clutch above. Had to restrain myself whilst browsing; like, the parasol above is so cute and I wanted it, but who the hell uses a parasol? Unless you're a super vintage blogger who wants to do a photoshoot with it, or an asian obsessed with being pale and never want to be in the contact with the sun. (If that is you, there is nothing wrong with looking after the skin, kudos!) The ASOS clothing pics are kinda sucky so I only did a top picks for the accessories- sorry!

An Aussie Summer is my favourite time of the year and sadly Autumn/Winter is slowly creeping up SOOO before it doesn't start snowing here in Brisbane, I wanted to share some beach inspired outfits- featuring knits. Featuring my Ksubi shorts that I DIY'd and my favourite Ksubi necklace to match hahah. It was so hot today! I hope that it stays this way for my birthday barbeque on Sunday. However the weather is less than pleasant up in North Queensland. My thoughts go out to them- as if the floods weren't enough, now there is a category five cyclone on the way.
