Pink Leopard.

Wearing: Sass & Bide maxi dress and Ellery sunglasses

This dress is the only piece I found at the Sass & Bide warehouse sale the other day. I think it was worth queuing 45 minutes for, turning my hour lunch break into a 2.5 hour break. Lucky work didn't care. Was fortunate enough to take it out for a test run on such a warm winter's day...

Bush of Thorns.

My favourite images from Chase Dakota's jewellery lookbook "Bush of Thorns". Wish I could afford these Crystal Cone earrings. Well... I can, but yeah.

My new work dress that carries me through the day to party mode at night. Thanks Bec & Bridge.

Fur.

Wearing: Friedrich Gray singlet, Watson x Watson fur vest, ASOS boots, Subtitled bralet, Karen Walker sunglasses, Ksubi and Pamela Love necklaces and Maniamania ring.

Mega mega happy that I've finally found a real fur vest that I can carry with me 'til the grave. Tracking down this last Watson x Watson vest in a size XS was a quest, but I won in the end yay. No matter who I'm with, everyone wants to hug me because it's super soft and I haven't decided if that's a good or bad thing yet :) For all the hippies out there, this rabbit fur vest is ethically made so I don't want to hear any complaining. I am eying their leather pants now...

#thesecretparty

Wearing: Ksubi t-shirt, Watson x Watson fur vest and Cheap Monday Jeans.

On blogging duty at Felix and Slink's #thesecretparty. Refer to the hash-tagging fun on Twitter to find out more. What was the secret? Local pop/indie band, Sheppard performed and then burritos from Guzman Y Gomez were rained upon all. Was an awesome night.

Mint.

Wearing: Goodnight Macaroon culottes, Ksubi t-shirt and Karen Walker sunglasses.

A very simple outfit minus the much needed belt. Wish it was summer. And I wish I had a belt.

Westfield's Stylist's Apprentice.

Photo taken by Fabliha.
Wearing: Jessica Hart top from MarketHQ, Gary Bigeni jumper, Cheap Monday jeans and Ksubi pendant.

Just a snap of Fabliha and I front row at the Westfield Garden City Stylist's Apprentice grand finale event night. In short, out of five remaining finalists (one who was Chloe from Social Emissions), the winner would be announced that night who would then win an amazing paid styling role on the Westfield Garden City team, plus more. An amaaazing, career launching prize that (I think) got awarded to the wrong person... awkward. Read my full review on Brisbane Times here.

Cuspidate.

Spiked headband (doubles as necklace) from La Mort Amour and spiked bracelet from Goodnight Macaroon.

The weather has been beautiful in Brisbane lately, but not without the invasion of a chilly breeze. It makes my day though just walking around outside on my lunchbreak by myself with nowhere to go. Sounds depressing, but it's soothing... gives me time to think about what I really want in life.

Flora.

Wearing: Jessica Hart shirt from MarketHQ, Romwe shorts, ASOS boots, YSL arty ring and Ellery sunglasses

And just in case you haven't seen enough floral lately. This is my version. It was exceptionally warm today, but I plan on wearing this underneath sweaters and leather jackets this winter to tone the craziness down.

Oversized.

Wearing: Boyfriend blazer c/o Oasap, Therese Rawsthorne slip dress, Ksubi pendant, YSL lipstick.

What I wore to lunch with the family earlier this weekday as it was a public holiday. I haven't been bothered to iron this blazer since it arrived in the mail.. should get around to doing that. I simply like how this brightens up any fitted black outfit (I was wearing black tights underneath before too).

Blush.

Wearing: Mok Theorem shirt, Cue shorts, Ellery sunglasses, Lovisa necklace.

I don't know where this Mok Theorem label came from, but suddenly it started appearing in quite a few stores and I obviously can't get enough. I've had this shirt for a while now but haven't had the chance to post about it.. I've already worn it to work about 3 times and to the Susie Bubble event as previously posted here. Great for a corporate gal like me.

Some outtakes..

Some outtakes from my last post. What's with the random scooter you ask? Well, if I park too far away from my office (juniors don't get their own designated car space sigh), then some mornings I'll cbf walking and scoot. LOL. So yeah.. it just lives in my boot and Zoe thought it would be, oh so funny to take it for a spin when we were shooting.

4. Black Dust.

Wearing: Ladakh top c/o The Iconic, Gail Sorronda black chalk belt, Romwe pleated skirt, RMK 'dazzler' boots

And here's the final outfit to my RMK blogger project series! Hope you guys have enjoyed the photos ^_^ To what would've been such a simple outfit without the accessories, I think it's truly the details that make this outfit. Take this intricate creation of Gail's and team it with these amazingly staple glitter boots and a regular outfit can be turned up a slight notch.

Susie Bubble in Brisbane.

Photos by Fabliha
Last photo courtesy of The Native Press

Wearing: Mok Theorem shirt, Something Else blazer, Cheap Monday jeans, Tristan Blair boots, Ellery sunglasses & Alexander Wang bag.

Susie Lau's (from Style Bubble) seminar at the State Library had to be one of the most interesting events that I've ever attended. Not only is she utterly, affluently, eloquently and absolutely down to earth, but she also gave incredible insight into the world of fashion blogging and how it has essentially shaped brand marketing (amongst other topics).

I've written a more detailed recount of the event on Brisbane Times so for the sake of not repeating myself, please have a read!

PS- In the first photo don't we look like a girl band or something?
