So two weeks before Christmas my 8-week health challenge finished and here is one of my "after" photos. The 8-weeks went by slowly yet quickly at the same time. I'm pretty proud at the results but the reason I did it was to learn how to macro count. How did I do it? It's pretty simple really. I macro counted every single thing I ate and worked out at the gym every day. By gym - I only did weights and no cardio except for my usual volleyball training. I got stronger too which was another goal I had. Now to go back to eating my weight in pizza :)
